Nomination Information

All incoming exchange students must be nominated by their home university by our posted deadlines.

Summer, Fall, and Academic Year deadline: February 1

Spring and Calendar Year deadline: September 1

Please contact the Incoming Exchange Advisor (incoming_exchange@unc.edu) if you are unable to meet the nomination deadline.

Nomination forms must be completed by a university representative. Students cannot complete a nomination form on their own behalf.

Please ensure that students meet eligibility requirements prior to submitting a nomination.
