Mallory leads the communications and marketing initiatives for the Study Abroad Office. As an undergraduate at NC State, her study abroad experiences to Peru, the Czech Republic and Spain opened her eyes to the world and ignited a passion for exploring other cultures. Her study abroad experiences led her to earn a Master’s degree in Spanish and spend an additional year teaching English in Spain before starting her career in international education. She hopes that through her work, she will encourage more UNC students to take advantage of the wonderful study abroad opportunities offered at UNC. When she’s not in the office, Mallory enjoys spending time with her husband, little ones, and their two dogs, exploring local trails, watching period dramas, and planning her next trip.
