Transcript Request Form

This form is for:

UNC students who studied abroad prior to 2018 and no longer have access to their study abroad application
UNC students who need to request a certified host institution transcript
Non-UNC students who study on UNC study abroad programs and need a host institution transcript sent to their home school

Note: If you have questions about this form or wish to discuss your request further, please reach out to your Study Abroad Advisor or abroad@unc.edu.

March 2020: Due to current conditions, there may be delays in accessing your transcript. Please submit your request but be advised our response may be delayed and/or your transcript may not be accessible at this time (many transcripts are located only in paper files). A staff member will contact you with an update once your request is reviewed. Thanks for your patience and understanding.
