UNC Study Abroad Fair Information & Registration

The UNC Study Abroad Fair is an opportunity for students to visit one place to learn about the wide variety of exchange and study abroad programs. Tables advertising our programs will be staffed by faculty members, alumni, exchange students, and study abroad staff, all there to answer any student questions.

Time: 10:00 am – 3:00 pm
Location: Great Hall of the Frank Porter Graham Student Union Building

8:30 am – exhibitor registration and set-up
10:00 am – Fair begins
3:00 pm – Fair ends

Registration

Please note: exhibitor participation is by INVITATION ONLY and is only open to UNC programs, exchange universities, current partner organizations, and campus partners.

Our UNC colleagues are critical to the success of the Fair! Please consider joining us!

If you are able to attend, you will be provided with space at a table, a chair, and a small sign identifying your program or office (which you may replace with your own). Exhibitors are encouraged to bring signage/a table cloth, materials, and other swag.

Promo Materials

If you have materials you would like to have displayed at the table, please send them to the Study Abroad Office (address below) or deliver them to the Student Union on the day of the Fair.

Materials shipped to our office in advance will be delivered to the Fair and waiting at the exhibit table.

Food

Coffee and bagels are available for purchase at the Alpine Bagel Cafe, located on the main floor of the Student Union. There are also a number of other food options in Lenoir Hall, located across the Pit area from the Student Union.
