Why did you choose to study abroad and how did you select your program?
Courses transferred over for my major and they had a big online presence and great reviews
What did you learn about yourself?
How to be independent, self-love, put myself out there, try new foods, meet amazing people, long-lasting friendships, time management skills, ask for help, and help others.
What is one of your favorite memories from your program?
weekend trips with groups! class field trips! exploring new countries!
What advice do you have for future study abroad students?
Don't be scared to be alone! Being alone and independent shapes who you are as a person and really prepares you for the future. And everyone is in the same boat, going to a new country by themselves and wanting to meet new people and build connections. You will find friends in your housing arrangements, classes, group activities, class trips, etc.
